Who is responsible

This website is operated by Alejandro Morales under the artistic name Ali Capa Foto, from Portugal. For questions about this policy or personal information handled directly by Ali Capa Foto, contact [email protected].

Information collected

The website does not use its own account system, contact form, advertising tracker, or cross-site advertising analytics. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and a limited first-party event system to understand anonymous visits and interactions such as print acquisition clicks, delivery quote attempts, checkout starts, completed purchases, and Patreon visits. These measurements do not include names, email addresses, delivery addresses, card details, or persistent advertising identifiers. Ali Capa Foto may receive personal information when you:

• send an email, including your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to include;
• buy a print or book, including the contact and delivery information needed to process, record, produce, and deliver the order;
• inquire about or acquire an Original Artwork, including your name, contact details, destination, postal code, delivery address, and related correspondence;
• complete a purchase through Stripe, including limited transaction, contact, delivery, and payment-status information made available to the account holder;
• follow an external link to Patreon, Instagram, LinkedIn, Stripe, Mixam, or another third-party service.

Ali Capa Foto does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

Hosting and external services

Cloudflare

The commercial storefront is designed to be hosted through Cloudflare Pages and server-side Cloudflare Functions. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and page performance without using cookies or tracking visitors across unrelated websites. A limited first-party event dataset records only approved interaction labels and non-personal product context.

Google Fonts

The site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. When those files are requested, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the requested resource.

Stripe

Purchases are completed on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe collects and processes payment and identity information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations. Ali Capa Foto does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Print and book fulfilment

Orders may be produced and delivered by professional fulfilment providers including Prodigi, Mixam, Saal Digital, Creativehub / theprintspace, and their production or delivery partners. Only the information reasonably needed to produce and deliver the order is shared.

Private order records

Paid-order details may be recorded in a restricted Google Sheet used for fulfilment, reconciliation, tax and accounting records. A privacy-conscious operational summary may also be sent to the private Ali Capa Foto business inbox so paid orders can be reviewed promptly. Full delivery addresses and payment-card details are not included in that summary. Access is limited to Ali Capa Foto and, when necessary, a trusted temporary fulfiller or professional adviser.

External links

Patreon and social-media links take you to services operated by other organisations. Their privacy practices and cookies are governed by their own policies.

Why information is used

Personal information is used only as reasonably necessary to respond to messages, calculate delivery, create and administer orders, produce and deliver prints, books and artworks, issue receipts or refunds, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain accounting and transaction records, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold to advertisers.

Retention and sharing

Order, payment and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention, payment-network, or other legal obligations. Delivery details are retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, questions, disputes, and required records.

Information may be shared with service providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, email providers, print and book fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, insurers, professional advisers, or authorities where necessary to operate the site, process payments, deliver an order, protect rights, or comply with law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information handled directly by Ali Capa Foto. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data-protection authority or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, payment or artwork-sales setup, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
